The rest of the year, only the offices (telephone reception) remain open.

How can I book my stay?

Once you have chosen your rental or pitch at your Aude campsite

You can either :

You can then select your payment method: cheque, bank transfer, vacation vouchers or credit card. An option valid for 7 days will then be created. Upon receipt of payment, the reservation will be confirmed (only for reservations made more than 30 days before arrival).

  • contact us by e-mail(info@camping-martinet.com) or by telephone on 04 68 26 51 98 and we will make the reservation together. What are the off-season and in-season reception hours?

In low season, the reception is open :

What are the arrival and departure times?

For your arrivals, we will be waiting for you between 4 and 8 p.m.

When you leave, don’t forget to make an appointment with reception to check out between 8 and 10 am.

Should I bring my own linen?

You can either bring your own bed linen, rent cloth sheets or buy disposable sheets. Bed linen must be reserved before your stay.

Rentals are equipped with protective undersheets and pillowcases, which are disposable and changed for each stay.

Are televisions available in the rentals?

Some do! This is the case for the PREMIUM range of mobile homes and the 2-bedroom Bungalow Confort.

We’d like to remind you that the vacations are an opportunity to disconnect from screens, to better connect with each other 😉

The other mobile homes are not equipped with connections, so there’s no need to bring your own TV.

Are mobile homes air-conditioned?

Our rentals are not air-conditioned, but we are fortunate enough to be located at an altitude of 400 meters in the Montagne Noire, which keeps us cool at night, although temperatures remain mild.

I rented a pitch:

What are the arrival and departure times?

We look forward to welcoming you between 2 and 8 p.m.

Pitches must be vacated between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Can I receive a map of the campsite and choose a pitch?

A map of the campsite is available on our website. We don’t reserve specific pitches, but you can let us know your preferences (e.g. away from entertainment, close to sanitary facilities, completely shaded, ….). We’ll do our best to match you with a pitch that meets your criteria (subject to availability – no guarantees).

What is the electrical capacity of the pitches?

If you have opted for a pitch with electricity, you can connect to the terminal (with a European plug), which offers 6 Amps.

What type of socket do I need for the electrical connections to the pitches?

A European plug is required to connect to the electrical terminals. If you don’t have one or have forgotten it, we sell it at the grocery store.
A minimum of 25m of extension cable is recommended for connection.

The pool

When does the pool open?

The pool is open from late May / early June depending on the weather.

Opening hours: 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Are swimming shorts allowed in the pool?

Swimming shorts are strictly forbidden.

If, however, you’ve forgotten your swimming trunks, don’t panic, men’s swimsuits (adults & children) are on sale at the grocery store.

Other information:

Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

No.

As the site is located in a forested area at high risk of fire, NO FIRES ARE ALLOWED on site (no charcoal barbecues, candles, mosquito repellent sticks, etc.). The 6 Amp electrical capacity does not allow the use of electric barbecues or plancha grills.

We invite you to opt for gas cooking.

Is there internet access on the campsite?

Yes, WIFI access is available at reception, in the bar, on the terrace and at the pool. It’s free but doesn’t cover the whole campsite.

What are the closing times for the gate that gives access to the campsite?

In high season, to ensure peace and quiet at night, the gates are closed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

A parking lot in front of the campsite allows you to park outside gate opening hours and walk to your pitch or rental accommodation.

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, a bell located at the reception door allows you to contact a person on site to open the door for you. You can also call 04 68 26 51 98

Do I need a vehicle to stay at the campsite?

A vehicle is highly recommended (if not essential ) to stay at the campsite, which is located in the countryside.

I have a hybrid or electric vehicle. Can I recharge it at the campsite?

No, the campsite does not currently have an electric recharging point, and it is strictly forbidden to recharge vehicles using the sockets on your pitch or in your rental accommodation.

Is it possible to buy bread and newspapers on the campsite?

In high season, you can order bread and pastries for the next morning. We don’t sell newspapers
